We'd like to thank all our supporters for your patience, love and encouragement. There has been an overwhelming demand to conceptualise another Festival. So many wonderful connections were made
and we are comfortable that all elements are in place to present a quality event.

The format of Soulspace 2015 will be somewhat different and you are invited to participate as follows:

1. Hosting an exhibition space
2. Presenting a talk in the official Festival Programme (or / in addition to the above)

Hosting an Exhibition space

A variety of exhibition spaces are available. A detailed site plan will be available from 10 June on www.soulspace.co.za. Booking early, will ensure that you will get the best available space.

Cost

  • 2m x 2m = R1 800
  • 2m x 3m = R1 950
  • 3m x 3m = R2 100
  • Mini boardrooms = R2 500
  • Beehive (1) = R3 000
  • An additional R250 per square meter for any additional space larger than 9 sqm

Benefits

  • Soulspace 2015 will give you a platform to present your product to a specific target audience.
  • This will be the perfect opportunity to launch any new products or re-launch existing products.
  • As an exhibitor, you will have an option to participate in our daily programme, subject to content approval.
  • Leads that you'll collect will provide valuable future contacts.

What is included?

On site:

  • One entry ticket per space. Additional discounted exhibitor's tickets will be available at R90 per entry ticket per day. A maximum of 2 additional discounted tickets may be purchased per space.
  • 2 Chairs per space.
  • All outdoor spaces will be covered by Bedouin tents.
  • Partitions between exhibitors will be created by geometrical fabric stretch panels where possible.

From a marketing perspective

  • A detailed listing on the Soulspace 2015 website. Since 2013, we have had extensive activity on this site, as people use it continuously for referral purposes.
  • A detailed listing in the official Soulspace 2015 Festival Guide.
  • A listing of the Soulspace Festival Facebook page. With much gratitude, we have over 3000 'likes' so far.
  • Exclusive advertising discounts in The Child of the Universe Conscious Lifestyle Magazine, a free online magazine.

Your exhibition space

Should you wish to brand your space in any way, good quality low budget options are available from www,budgetbranding.co.za. They have self-standing, re-usable banner walls available which you can use to partition your space, should you require a semi-private treatment / consultation area. These walls can be branded with any artwork, are light and portable and can used time and again.

Soulspace 2015 marketing campaign

  • Online ad campaign in related spiritual media.
  • Targeted paid advertising on Facebook.
  • Distribution of electronic ads to a database of over 20 000 people.
  • Listings in 'Upcoming Events' pages
  • Press releases

In addition to the above, we urge all participant to share the electronic advert with their contacts.

Kids area

A fun area just for our little ones. Kids can take part in crafts, & play. A special exhibition area has been made available here. Should you have any related products specifically aimed at children, we invite you to exhibit.

Vegetarian & Vegan food space

All vegetarian and vegan food vendors are welcome to exhibit in this space. Comfy seating & entertainment will be provided in this area.

Set up

Friday 2 October 2015 from 16h00 - 23h00.
All spaces have to be set up and manned by 08h30 on Saturday and Sunday morning. ?All spaces have to be manned according to the festival opening times as set out below.

Break down

Sunday 4 October 2014 from 17h30 - 20h00.

Festival hours for the public

Saturday 3 October 2015: 09h30 - 17h00.?Sunday 4 October 2015: 09h30 - 17h00.?The kids area will close at 17h00 every day. Although these are the official opening hours, we urge all practitioners & exhibitors to be ready at 08h30 as we will probably open the gates at 09h00 to prevent congestion.

Accreditation

Accreditation of all exhibitors will take place on Friday, 2 October 2015 from 16h00 - 20h00. This involves a site orientation and ID tags.

Present a talk as part of the official Festival Programme

We encourage practitioners to take part in the official Festival Programme. A 2-tier programme will be running for the duration of he event. The aim is to have one representative of each modality on the programme.

If you feel that you can make a valuable contribution towards the programme, plse send us your topic and short abstract of what you'd like to present.

Acceptance of the abstracts will be subject to approval from the Soulspace 2015 committee. Please refer to www.soulspace.co.za for the latest Programme.

Soulspace 2015 has been manifested to bring about healing and spread positive energy. Also, to create a platform where people can investigate the various options available to them for following a spiritual path.

We rely on practitioners like you, to assist us with this process of putting together a diverse and informative Programme.

If you choose to take part in the programme only, there will be no cost to you. This is a valuable marketing opportunity for you.

Accommodation

Cabanga is a day venue hence no accommodation will be available at the venue. However, there are a range of B&B's & hotels in the area. Kindly refer to www.tripadvisor.com for detailed reviews of the accommodation establishments in the area.

Would you like to reserve a space?

Regrettably, no access to Cabanga will be permitted without full pre-payment.
